General info
Music can either be set to a specified area or can be placed as a physical speaker. Regional music is non-directional and speakers are directional.
for example, you can choose to have music play throughout your whole town, or even just small areas like a tavern, or pvp arena.

Requirements:
- Sound file must be an .mp3 format and under 4mb in size
- No music or sounds that break server rules
- Music can only be placed in a town that you own
- Do not submit something that is too loud- Message the server owner, Cobes on Discord to work out the specifics for how you would like to have the music set up
